About the role

Swimart is looking for an experienced Pool Technician to join our team in Carlingford, NSW. As a full-time Pool Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of residential and swimming pools and equipment. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a leading provider of pool and spa services in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

What you'll be doing

Performing routine pool maintenance, including chemical balancing, cleaning, and equipment servicing

Diagnosing and repairing pool equipment such as pumps, filters, and chlorinators

Providing exceptional customer service and advice to clients on pool care and maintenance

Completing job reports and maintaining accurate records

Adhering to safety protocols

Collaborating with the team to ensure efficient and effective pool servicing

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Pool Technician, with a strong understanding of pool systems and equipment

Technical skills and knowledge to diagnose and repair pool equipment

Excellent customer service skills and the ability to provide advice and guidance to clients

Strong time management and organisational skills to manage a varied workload

Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and following safety protocol
