Are you someone who enjoys both making great coffee and working outdoors? We're looking for a friendly and reliable team member to join Atticus Health in a unique dual role — serving as a Barista in our Jindivick GP clinic each morning, and as a Gardener for our home care clients in the surrounding area in the afternoon.

About the Role

This part-time position (3 days per week) offers a wonderful mix of hospitality and hands-on outdoor work.

Barista Duties (Morning):

Prepare and serve quality coffee and beverages to our patients and visitors in the clinic.

Maintain a clean and welcoming café area.

Provide friendly customer service and contribute to a positive clinic atmosphere.

Gardening Duties (Afternoon):

Perform general gardening tasks for our home care clients, including mowing, weeding, pruning, and planting.

Maintain gardens to a neat and safe standard, ensuring clients’ outdoor spaces are well cared for.

Build friendly rapport with clients while respecting their homes and privacy.

About You

Previous barista experience and confidence using a coffee machine.

Enjoys working both with people and independently outdoors.

Basic gardening knowledge and a genuine interest in plants and outdoor care.

Current driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle.

Friendly, punctual, and community-minded.
