The Role

You’ll capture and create the energy, stories and results from our studio—then turn them into content that grows @MarkOttobre and @EnterpriseFitnessAU across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.

You’ll split time between:

On-site (studio): filming workouts, client stories/results, trainer moments, product/supplement overviews, expert “knowledge bomb” pieces.

Remote (home): editing, repurposing, scheduling and publishing.

You’ll also lead content production—ideate campaigns, brief and manage our three offshore editors, maintain a content calendar, and ensure assets get posted with quality and cadence.

What You’ll Do

Plan, shoot and edit short- and long-form video (vertical & landscape).

Repurpose long-form (e.g., a 10-min YouTube workout) into shorts/reels/stories.

Own the posting pipeline: thumbnails, captions, hooks, CTAs, scheduling.

Maintain a monthly content calendar and track performance (views, watch time, growth). C​reate and analyse performance reports and adjust strategy to increase engagement and conversion.

Direct/coach on-camera talent (Mark, coaches, clients) for punchy delivery.

Pull b-roll and story moments from studio life; be proactively “on the floor”.

Manage/brief offshore editors; review cuts and uphold brand standards.

Ensure audio quality (mics), lighting, basic colour and sound mix are on point.

Handle basic rights/consent for featured clients; organise and label assets.

Community engagement, responding to comments, DM’s and creating follower engagement.

You’ll Succeed Here If You

Are creative, proactive and fast—you can find the story and ship it.

Know your way around a camera and editing software (we don’t care what you use).

Edit/direct fluent short-form (hooks, pacing, subtitles) and YouTube (titles, thumbnails, retention).

Can lead projects end-to-end and collaborate with editors.

Love learning and trying new formats. Fitness interest helps (not required).

Test emerging features such as trial reels, lives, UGC, shoppable tag, etc

Metrics That Matter

Quality of content produced (story, audio, framing, edit).

Growth across YouTube/IG/TikTok (subs/follows, views, watch time, saves).

Throughput & cadence (planned vs. shipped).

Enjoyment & culture add (have fun making content—seriously).

Tools & Support

You’ll have access to studio gear (two cameras, mics, audio kit, lights, podcast gear). We value your flair and will back your ideas. Mark is hands-on and not camera-shy; expect fast feedback loops.

Apple/iPhone users preferred.

Workflow systems:
Meta Suite, Canva, ManyChat, Later.
