What you'll do:

Write and publish marketing collateral including EDMs, flyers, web content, catalogues and social media content

Work with the graphic design and video team to produce and create digital assets including video, social media posts, website assets, EDMs and advertising

Work in a team as well as autonomously

Maintain an organised marketing calendar of marketing activities and ensure timely delivery of projects.

Use web analytics and other reports to track campaign performance metrics to identify areas and opportunities to promote products and services and increase visibility within our markets.

Administer and manage the website (Shopify), EDM system (Mailchimp) and other database assets such as Facebook and Instagram.

What we're looking for:

Tertiary qualification in marketing, communication or the like

Previous dental industry experience would be looked at favourably

Three + years of relevant work experience in social media and marketing

Exceptional writing and editorial skills

Experience developing social strategy, managing brand/corporate social media presences, and managing/growing a social community.

In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms

Experience managing social advertising campaigns and experience using Facebook Ads Manager

Good technical understanding and ability to learn new tools quickly. Prefer experience using leading social media management and measurement tools

Capability with WordPress and Shopify, including plugins

Experience developing and managing content

High attention to detail and good analytical skills

Ability to handle competing priorities to meet tight deadlines
