As Éramai transitions from our current location to our new luxury spa destination, we are seeking a Senior Digital Marketing & Paid Media Specialist to join our team and take complete ownership of this role. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and optimise paid media campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok.

• Manage tracking pixels, event tags, and conversion reporting to ensure precision and data integrity.

• Create and update ad creatives, copy, and video content, ensuring constant refresh of materials.

• Take complete ownership of Éramai’s social media pages — scheduling, posting, engagement, and growth.

• Lead SEO, SEM, and analytics, reporting insights and recommendations.

• Oversee landing page builds and technical integrations (basic HTML/CSS preferred).

• Manage email marketing automations and CRM-based remarketing.

• Produce data-driven reports to optimise campaigns and increase ROI.

• Stay up to date with digital trends, tools, and creative innovations.

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 4–5 years’ experience in digital marketing, paid media, or performance marketing.

• Proven expertise managing Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, and GA4.

• Strong understanding of pixels, tracking codes, SEO/SEM, and analytics.

• Skilled in video editing and content repurposing for paid and organic media.

• Technical knowledge of HTML/CSS for troubleshooting and tag setup.

• Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design/video tools.

• Experience with online booking systems (preferred but not essential).

• Strategic, analytical, and creative with a results-driven mindset.

• Confident working independently and taking full ownership of outcomes.

• Experience within luxury, beauty, or wellness industries highly regarded.
