Paid Media Management (Meta and LinkedIn)
Plan, build, and optimise full-funnel advertising campaigns across Meta and LinkedIn platforms, with advanced understanding of Business Manager, Campaign Manager, account hierarchy, and asset permissions.
Manage and troubleshoot data sources including Meta Pixels, Catalogues, and Custom Conversions to ensure accurate attribution and reporting.
Understand how to build and leverage relevant audiences including retargeting, custom audiences and lookalikes.
Ensure conversion tracking is aligned with business objectives and platform best practices.
Creative/Copy Strategy & Production
Develop high-performing ad creative and copy for all campaign stages (TOF, MOF, BOF), ensuring alignment with platform algorithms, brand guidelines/tone, and conversion goals.
Produce and edit visual and video assets using Canva/CapCut/Adobe Creative Suite (or similar) optimised for each placement and format (with an understanding of safe zones).
Advise clients and Account Managers on best-practice creative frameworks: including hooks, messaging hierarchy, and scroll-stopping design principles.
Klaviyo (Strategy and Creative)
Understand email and SMS marketing strategy fundamentals, including performance metrics and creative effectiveness.
Confidently help create an email marketing strategy for the client.
An ability to design and create templates for newsletters and flows (including how to make visually interesting templates without being too image-heavy, how to write succinct copy / subject lines etc).
A willingness to use the Klaviyo Partner Academy portal to fill in any gaps of knowledge with up-to-date tips, tricks and essential knowledge for the platform.
Strategy, Reporting & Optimisation
Execute complete campaign strategy: audience definition, budget allocation, creative testing, and continuous optimisation based on data trends.
Deliver monthly performance reports to all account managers / clients (whichever is the most ideal point of contact for each account) showing every relevant point of data for their ads performance, a personal commentary on key results, and your proposed next-step actions to continue to optimise the results.
Proactively identify scaling opportunities, cost-efficiency improvements, and creative refresh points.
Client & Team Communication
Confidently manage client onboarding and access setup: including Page, Ad Account, and Pixel permissions for example.
Communicate campaign strategy, performance, and recommendations directly with clients or through Account Managers as needed.
Provide expert support or troubleshooting for issues regarding billing, access, and tracking, ensuring smooth campaign delivery and zero downtime.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Account Managers, creative, and sales teams to ensure campaign alignment and consistent results.
Attain feedback and approval for your ad creative/copy from clients and or account managers.
Confidently help clients and/or account managers with any questions they might have regarding your responsibilities i.e. How Meta advertising works.
