Spinifex Caravans at Deception Bay is an expanding business - manufacturing 'Custom-Built Off-Road Caravans'

We're seeking a motivated person to join us in the role of Customer Service Administration, with support for our Sales and Marketing teams.

You'll be the first point of contact for our valued customers — handling enquiries, managing bookings, supporting our sales and marketing teams. Your professionalism and positive attitude will ensure every customer receives the outstanding experience our brand is known for.

Strong communication and customer service skills / Manage customer enquiries via phone and email with warmth and efficiency / Excellent organisational and multitasking ability / Experience in administration or customer service (automotive, manufacturing, or similar industries an advantage)

Experience with Xero and Microsoft Word / Excel is a must.

Hours : Monday to Friday 7.30am to 4.00pm
