Slide Easy is a growing door repair company servicing Brisbane, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast. We specialise in sliding door and window repairs, delivering reliable, and professional service to residential and commercial customers. With a team of skilled technicians on the road, we're looking for an organised and customer-focused Service Coordinatior to help manage bookings and keep our operations running smoothly.

About the Role

As our Service Coordinatior/Office Adminstrator, you'll be the main point of contact between customers and our technicians.

Your day to day work will include booking jobs, managing schedules for multiple vans, handling phone and email enquiries, processing quotes and ensuring customers received a great experience from first call to job completion.

Key Responsibilities

Answer phone and email enquiries, provide quotes, and book jobs using ServiceM8

Schedule and coordinate jobs for technicians

Monitor and update job progress throughout the day

Handle quote and follow-up calls

Assist with stock orders, job sheets and general admin tasks

Maintain a high level of customers service and communication

Work closely with management to improve efficiency and workflows

Skills & Experience

Full-time role: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm

$55,000-$75,000 + Super (Depending on Experience)

Small, friendly team with supportive work environment
