The Role

We're on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Customer Service Administrator. Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, you'll be the go-to person for order entry and phone enquiries. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love helping customers, this role is for you!

What You'll Need to Succeed

Confidently manage customer enquiries with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Accurate data entry skills to keep our systems running smoothly.

Experience supporting store enquiries and remote sales team members.

Speed and precision in entering sales orders via our online system and email.

Collaborate with production and warehouse teams about product availability.

Key Success Factors

Mature, pragmatic approach to problem-solving.

Exceptional attention to detail in all tasks.

Fast and accurate alpha-numeric data entry in a busy environment.

Experience processing sales orders for a company with a large product range.

Active problem solver with a helpful attitude and a drive to achieve positive outcomes.

Exposure to the agriculture sector is a plus, as is experience in logistics, manufacturing, or retail/reseller sectors.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work systematically.

Ability to work under pressure and remain calm and positive in all communications.

Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems and Excel knowledge is advantageous but not essential.
