Customer Service Officer - Yatala (Training at Carole Park)

PERSOLKELLY is seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our client's team in a full-time, permanent role. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment and enjoys variety - combining customer service, stock coordination, and administrative support.

You'll complete two months of training at the company's head office in Carole Park before transitioning to your long-term base in Yatala on the Gold Coast.

The Role:

Monday to Friday, full-time hours

Support the Customer Service Manager, Sales Reps, and wider team

Process customer orders and maintain accurate records

Communicate delivery updates and manage stock levels

Handle calls, mail, invoicing, credits, and purchase orders

Liaise with logistics teams to coordinate deliveries

About You:

Strong communication and customer service skills

Excellent attention to detail and organisation

Confident using Excel, Outlook, and ideally SAP

Quick to learn and adaptable to changing priorities

Certificate III in Business or similar (preferred)

Must hold a current driver's licence and have your own vehicle
