We’re not looking for someone to talk about ads. We’re looking for a gun paid ads specialist to own the execution and performance of our paid media, working closely with the Head of Marketing to launch, scale, and optimise high-performing campaigns.

This isn’t just one company or one campaign. We’re expanding into multiple ventures, which means long-term job security, constant campaigns to scale, and real room to grow.

If you’re a performance operator who lives in Ads Manager and wants to grow with a high-performance team, this is for you. You’ll progressively work across 2–3 ad accounts as new ventures roll out.

Your Mission
Run our paid media like it’s your own business. We focus heavily on Meta Ads — that’s where you’ll live and breathe — but experience across Google, YouTube, and TikTok is a strong bonus.

We’ve got world-class testimonials, a proven offer, and serious momentum. We currently spend $2,500–$3,000 per day (>$75K/month). This is real budget with real expectations of ROI.

Key Responsibilities
• Run and scale Meta (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns with precision and confidence
• Support, scale and optimise campaigns across Google (Search, YouTube) and TikTok as needed
• Continuously test audiences, creative, placements, bid strategies, and landing flows
• Collaborate with marketing and creative so every campaign is backed by strong assets and funnels
• Maintain accurate tracking via GA4, GTM, and platform pixels
• Report clearly to the Head of Marketing: insights, actions, wins, and what’s next
• Stay ahead of platform updates, trends, and opportunities

What We’re Looking For
• 3+ years in performance marketing/media buying (agency or in-house)
• Expert-level Meta Ads Manager skills (non-negotiable)
• Understanding of Google Ads, attribution, and conversion metrics
• Proven track record scaling campaigns and driving down CPL/CPA
• Confident with tracking, pixels, and data dashboards
• Fast, proactive operator who thrives in a goal-driven environment
• Strong communicator who turns numbers into clear action
• Solid marketing fundamentals so on quieter days you can execute direction from the Head of Marketing

Bonus Points For
• CRM experience (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, etc.)
• Familiarity with property or coaching offers
• A genuine love of paid ads, angles, hooks, and offers
• Hands-on experience with Google/YouTube/TikTok ads
