About the role

We are on the lookout for an experienced gardener to join our crew. If you take pride in your work, love being outdoors and enjoy creating and maintaining beautiful gardens then this job could be for you. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the continuous maintenance and upkeep of beautiful gardens across the Adelaide region . This is a full-time position working on some of adelaides best gardens.

What you'll be doing

Hands on supervisory role working in with existing pod leaders

Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of all gardening duties

Provide hands-on guidance and supervision to the team, ensuring high standards of workmanship

Identify and address any issues or challenges that arise, offering solutions to keep projects on track

Maintain detailed records of work completed, materials used, and any relevant client communications

Liaise with clients to understand their gardening needs and preferences, and deliver exceptional customer service

Contribute to the continuous improvement of gardening processes and procedures

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years' experience in a leading hand or supervisory role within the gardening/landscaping industry

Proven garden or horticulture experience

Attention to detail and pride in presentation.

Strong knowledge of various gardening techniques, tools, and equipment

Exceptional customer service orientation and communication abilitiesA valid driver's licence. Car provided to the right candidates
