Qualifications & experience

High attention to detail and fast learning abilities

Ability to use petrol operated tools

Self employment or team leader experience highly regarded

Ability to work autonomously

Industry experience highly regarded

Minimum 1-2 years of gardening/landscaping industry experience required

Ability to work cohesively within a small team environment

A current full Australian driver licence is required

A good knowledge of garden maintenance requirements

Able to work closely with a small team and liaise closely with management

Ability to work a full week Monday to Friday

Qualifications in Horticulture or Landscaping would be advantageous and experience is highly desired

Reliability and strong work ethic with a willingness to learn new skills

Australian citizenship must be held at the time of application

Tasks & responsibilities

Maintain strata properties to the highest of standards

Pressure cleaning

Garden maintenance

Communicate effectively with customers and team members

Mowing, hedging, line cutting, backpack blowing, weed control
