Gardener – Casual with Potential to Grow

Inside Out Makeovers & Maintenance is a locally owned gardening business servicing Adelaide's eastern suburbs and CBD. We're looking for a motivated and reliable team member to join us.

About the role

General garden maintenance: mowing, edging, hedge trimming, pruning, mulching, fertilising.

Use of professional equipment (STIHL, Masport etc.) – full training provided.

Casual role starting 2–3 days per week, with potential to grow into more regular work.

No weekend or late-night work – family-friendly hours.

About you

No prior experience necessary – full training provided.

Experience in construction, farming, or other outdoor physical work is valued but not essential

Must have a current driver's licence and reliable transport.

Current National Police Check or willingness to obtain one before starting

Physically fit and enjoys outdoor work.

Able to lift up to 20kg, work in various weather conditions, and stand/walk for extended periods

Most importantly: great people skills – friendly, punctual, and takes pride in a job well done.

Must have full work rights in Australia (Australian citizen, permanent resident, or valid work visa)

Comfortable learning to operate power tools and gardening equipment safely

What we offer

$30–$33 per hour + super (depending on skills).
