What You’ll Do

  • Support a Senior Property Manager to deliver outstanding client service
  • Process tenancy applications and conduct reference checks
  • Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and inspections
  • Build lasting relationships with landlords, tenants, and trades
  • Assist with lease sign-ups and renewals

What You’ll Bring

  • Certificate of Registration (or License), car, and valid driver’s licence
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong attention to detail and time management
  • Professional presentation and a proactive, can-do attitude
  • Previous experience in Real Estate or Property Management highly regarded
