A leading Australian property development group with a strong reputation and vast track record in delivering large-scale land projects across Greater Sydney, Queensland & South Australia.
Located in Near Sydney CBD, this nimble & lean team of 15, consistently sell over a massive 500+ lots per annum through channel sales, real estate partners & house & land builder wholesales.

THE ROLE.
As the Sales & Marketing, you’ll be the backbone of the sales & marketing process, ensuring sales process runs smoothly and on time. This is a fast-paced, detail-heavy role that requires someone who is organised & creative.
Day-to-day, you will:
- Manage the full sales process from purchaser enquiry to handover
- Prepare and process sales advices, order land contracts, coordinate contract amendments, and issue weekly stock list updates and EDMs.
- Monday CRM Management
- Prepare & Creating Property Brochures & marketing collateral using Canva, PowerPoint
- Support marketing team with launches of new developments
- Create new projects, maintain accurate offer statuses, and generate weekly, monthly, reports that keep the team on track.
- Manage invoices, receipts & supplier payments
- Maintain orderly files and records for development projects while assisting with process improvement initiatives to streamline operations.
- Provide occasional PA assistance to the CEO and partner closely with the Markting Manager to support day-to-day priorities.

- Salary $70,000-$80,000 plus superannuation
THE PERSON.
- Background in Reception, Sales Admin or Marketing for real estate or residential projects/development, construction, property sector
- Willing to go above & beyond, improve systems & processes
- Creative, forward-thinking, goal-oriented
- Detail & process-driven, ability to manage a busy workload & work in fast-paced admin role
- Microsoft Suite skills, exposure to CRM Monday (desired but not essential) & Typing over 50 WPM
- Ethical & professional - Trusted to handle confidential information with integrity
