About the Role:

We’re on the hunt for a Junior Operations Manager who’s hands-on, driven, and ready to grow with us. You’ll work closely with our Operations Director to oversee multiple venues, lead teams, and make sure the Checho's standard is delivered every single time both on the floor and behind the bar.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Operations Director in managing day-to-day operations across venues.

• Lead from the front during service, including bartending and floor supervision.

• Ensure smooth service and uphold the Checho's guest experience.

• Train, develop, and motivate team members.

• Manage stock & ordering

• Assist with rostering, labour control, and operational planning.

• Help plan and deliver events, functions, and brand activations.

About You:

• 1–2 years’ experience in hospitality management or a senior supervisor role.

• Must know how to bartend cocktail skills and bar leadership are essential.

• Must have a driver’s licence and own vehicle (travel between venues required).

• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Organised, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

• RSA certification required.
