Location: Bankstown, Sydney, NSW
Hours: Monday to Friday | 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
Salary: $70,000–$90,000 + super + uncapped commission (OTE $95k–$110k, top performers $120k+)

Full training provided: A hands-on 6-week daily training program to learn our proven systems, scripts and sales process, followed by weekly mentoring. We welcome your ideas to keep improving how we work.
Balanced workload: Around 50–60 focused outbound calls each week to qualified builder and developer contacts. You’ll have strong lead lists, defined scripts and full team support.
Uncapped earning potential: Base + super + commission with no ceiling. High performers regularly earn above $110k OTE.
Consistent hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4 pm, No OT required - enjoy your evenings.

What You’ll Be Doing
Call and qualify new builder contacts, handle enquiries and follow up on quotes.
Work closely with our Estimating team to ensure quotes are sent on time and chased.
Maintain accurate CRM records and track your pipeline daily.
Take part in weekly sales meetings to share wins, lessons and next steps.
You’ll Be Great In This Role If You
Have 1–3 years’ experience in sales, customer service or coordination (phone-based preferred).
Enjoy talking to people and can build rapport quickly.
Are confident making outbound calls and following a structured process.
Communicate clearly in writing and on the phone.
Have basic Excel and CRM skills and pay attention to detail.
Hold a current NSW driver’s licence and reliable transport.
Have an interest in construction or building (not essential but helpful).
What Success Looks Like
50+ quality calls per week and 8–10 decision-maker conversations.
5-10 qualified builder meetings booked monthly.
Strong tracking and follow-up on all quotes and opportunities.
Clear progression into a senior coordination or sales support role after 6–12 months.
