The Role:

1.Pre-Sales Support

Answering buyer queries about floorplans, finishes, timelines, and pricing.

Coordinating with sales agents/marketing to ensure consistent messaging.

Providing detailed project information and compliance documents.

2.Sales & Contract Stage

Assisting buyers in understanding contracts of sale and key conditions (liaising with legal teams where needed).

Collecting and processing purchaser documentation.

Coordinating variations or upgrade requests.

3.Construction Stage

Acting as the main point of contact for buyers during the build.

Sending updates on construction milestones (photos, newsletters, site tours).

Managing expectations on timelines, delays, and progress.

4.Pre-Settlement & Handover

Organising pre-settlement inspections and defect checks.

Coordinating with finance teams to help buyers prepare for settlement.

Facilitating smooth key handover and move-in.

5.Post-Settlement Support

Handling defect liability queries (repairs, maintenance requests).

Maintaining buyer relationships to encourage referrals or repeat investment.

Acting as a liaison between property management teams and purchasers (if applicable).

Experience

Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential property administration, client support, or property sales coordination.

Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and tasks independently with excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Experience coordinating office resources, IT, facilities, and administrative workflows in a property or real estate context.

Customer service experience with buyers, tenants, or investors is highly advantageous.

Bilingual in English and Mandarin preferred but not essential.
