The Opportunity

As our Sales Representative, you will be the vital link between our products and ambitious customers. Your core focus is driving sales for both ready-to-go and bespoke custom-built solutions, ensuring a superior customer journey.

Key Duties:

Consultative Sales: Engage clients, understand their needs, negotiate, and close sales for custom and stock trailers.

Project Guidance: Lead clients through custom designs, coordinating seamlessly with the engineering team.

Pipeline Management: Own the sales process, meticulously manage leads, and ensure clear client expectations.

Operational Support: Coordinate delivery, inventory, and paperwork with internal teams.

Product Expertise: Become an expert on our models, features, and basic compliance requirements.

What You'll Bring

We're seeking a highly motivated, hands-on, and solution-orientated Sales Representative who thrives in a fast-paced environment. No previous sales experience is needed to thrive in this opportunity.

Communication: Clear, concise, and friendly communicator; able to explain technical details in plain language.

Accountability: Self-starter, detail-orientated, able to manage competing priorities, and takes full ownership of work.

Adaptability: Independent problem-solver with high adaptability and a fast learning ability.

Technology: Good understanding of Microsoft Suite or Google Workspace.

Teamwork: Proactive, inquisitive, and contributes positively to the team dynamic.

Availability: Must be available to work some Saturdays (with a weekday off in return).

Working Rights: Full Australian Working Rights are essential.
