RatPack Travel was established in 2016 and has become one of the best-rated travel agencies in Australia. We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our Travel Tech business, based in Byron Bay. We are a fast-growing team seeking an individual with an entrepreneurial spirit.

Pay:

We pay an industry-leading hourly rate plus super plus a weekly bonus (see below).

Commission + Hourly:

- Bonuses are paid weekly
- Commission is uncapped
- No cold calling (outbound calls are made from leads generated by the business

RatPack Travel is a business registered to sponsor.

Sponsorship opportunities are available for those who excel and grow into management positions.

Hours:

The role is Monday to Friday with hours ranging from 7 am to 3:30 pm.

What does the role involve?

We help our customers book camper-van rentals and tours in Australia and New Zealand. The position is a full-time role in our office located in Byron Bay Industrial Estate.

The day-to-day role:

⌁ profiling new customers from their inbound inquiries

⌁ replying and building rapport via messages & telephone calls (from inbound leads generated by the business)

⌁ matching suitable products to our customer needs (training will be provided)
