I have partnered with a national home builder to recruit their next New Home Sales Consultant to be based out of a new display village here in Brisbane, Queensland. With the huge increase in demand across the property sector here in the sunshine state, this company has cemented a fantastic reputation for providing timeless, quality and affordable homes to the market. The role will involve:

• Greeting customers & finding a design to match their expectations
• Managing a high volume of leads, qualifying information, and consistently hitting targets
• Presenting contracts to clients and walking them through any queries they have
• Maintain an up to date database and documentation for all sales

What you need:

• Experience and longevity working for a home builder & selling new homes (in a Display Village environment)
• A passion for working with people and being a reliable guide for clients on their building journey
• A driven attitude towards your role and willingness to learn
• Availability to work Saturday to Wednesday.
• Intermediate computer literacy to work across multiple programs and keep databases up to date.

The Benefits:

• Salary of $80k (non-repayable) + super + commission
• Potential to earn $300k++ annually
