About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales & Over 55's Village Manager to join our team at Zest Living in Silverwoods Estate Yarrawonga, Victoria. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales activities and managing the day-to-day operations of our residential property development.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Marketing

· Drive sales by managing all aspects of the sales process – from enquiry through to agreement signing and move-in

· Conduct tours and presentations for prospective residents and families

· Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new residents

· Work with our marketing team to develop and implement strategies to attract new residents

· Maintain accurate records of enquiries, leads and conversations

· Collaborate to promote the village events and lifestyle benefits.

2. Village Operations Management

· Oversee the daily operations of the village.

· Coordinate maintenance, security, and facility management to ensure a high- quality environment.

· Work with our onsite team to ensure health and safety standards are met across the village.

3. Resident Relations and Community Building

· Foster a welcoming, engaging and inclusive village atmosphere

· Support residents with any concerns, feedback, or requests in a timely and professional manner.

· Organize and promote community events, activities and programs to enhance resident wellbeing.

· Mediate and resolve conflicts or issues that arise within the village.

4. Compliance & Administration

· Maintain compliance with relevant Over 55’s community legislation.

· Oversee agreements, and financial documents.

· Prepare reports for the owners.

· Ensure all records, licences and certificates are up to date.

Skills & Qualifications:

· Proven experience in sales, property management, or hospitality.

· Strong leadership and communication skills.

· Excellent customer service and relationship management abilities.

· Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain professionalism and confidentiality.

Experience in residential real estate sales and property management

Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients, residents and stakeholders

Proactive problem- solver and effective decision- maker.

Proficient in using CRM tools/computers
