We’re a licensed contractor working across Melbourne’s real estate and strata sector. We handle urgent faults, safety upgrades, switchboard works, and split system installs — backed by strong systems and even stronger office support.

With a full-time Operations Manager on staff, you’re never left guessing. Jobs are booked properly, clients are updated, and materials are where they need to be.

Your Week Could Include

Fault-finding, safety audits, emergency callouts

Switchboard upgrades and rewiring on older properties

Split system installations (Daikin, Mitsubishi, multi-heads)

Safety checklists via SafetyCulture, notes in Ascora, fast forms through Jotform

Working solo on maintenance jobs or as part of a 2–3 man crew on larger installs
