Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routines, entries, and exits
• Support the Property Manager in the day-to-day operations of the residential portfolio
• Assist with leasing activities, including advertising, scheduling open homes, and screening applications
• Prepare and process lease renewals, tenancy agreements, and associated documentation
• Conduct open homes and private inspections as needed
• Maintain strong relationships with tenants, landlords, and contractors

About You

• A friendly, reliable, and collaborative team player
• Experienced in Property Management or Assistant Property Management (with a track record of long tenure in previous roles)
• Confident using Console Cloud or adaptable to new systems
• Able to work both autonomously and within a team environment
• A holder of a current QLD Real Estate Certificate or Licence
• Positive, professional, and willing to jump in to help wherever needed
