🧩 What We're Looking For

Ideally, at least 1 year of property management experience.

We’re also open to candidates with 6+ months experience who are ready to step up — especially Property Manager Assistants keen to take the next career leap.

You must hold a current QLD Real Estate Agent Licence or Real Estate Salesperson Registration.

Someone who understands things from both a tenant’s and a landlord’s perspective.

A great communicator and listener with strong written skills.

Calm, composed and solutions-focused — especially when things get busy.

Familiarity with cloud-based software and paperless systems is a bonus.

Australian permanent residency is required for this position.
