We're looking for a Senior Property Manager with 3–4+ years of end-to-end experience to manage a clean portfolio of approximately 100 residential properties. You'll be backed by a dedicated PM Assistant who supports with routines, inspections, maintenance, applications, and reporting.

The Role:

Full portfolio management of approx. 100 properties

Completing entry and exit condition reports (with assistant support as needed)

Representing landlords at QCAT hearings with confidence and professionalism

Building strong, long-term relationships with landlord clients

Confidently converting warm leads from referrals, sales agents, and existing clients — no cold prospecting required

Collaborating with your assistant to ensure smooth, efficient operations

Leveraging modern systems and processes to deliver high service standards

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 3 years’ end-to-end residential property management experience

Strong knowledge of QLD tenancy legislation

QCAT hearing experience (preparation, lodgement, and attendance)

Clear, confident communication and excellent client care skills

Well-presented, organised, and solution-focused

Current QLD Real Estate Certificate or Licence, driver’s licence, and full working rights
