As a registered NDIS provider, our small but passionate team works closely with families and support workers to simplify the NDIS journey while providing high quality care for children.
About the Role
The Administration and Support Officer provides day-to-day administrative, coordination, and client support functions to ensure the smooth delivery of NDIS-funded services. They act as the first point of contact for participants, families, and staff, supporting compliance with NDIS Quality and Safeguarding standards and maintaining efficient office systems.
Work directly with families to understand and implement NDIS plans
Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, support workers and stakeholders.
Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with NDIS requirements.
Refine and improve upon support coordination systems and approaches
Assist with reporting and evidence gathering for NDIA reporting requirements
Collaborate with management to improve service delivery and streamline coordination processes.
What you will bring
Experience in administration within NDIS or similar care/support setting (very highly regarded)
Experience working with participants under the NDIS
Comprehensive understanding of NDIS plans, funding streams, and provider networks.
Prepare documents such as service agreements, risk assessments, invoices, and reports.
Ensure all documentation complies with NDIS Quality and Safeguarding requirements, privacy laws, and internal policies.
An understanding of the importance of client confidentiality
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Maintain databases and record-keeping systems
Proven ability to work autonomously and manage multiple clients effectively
Excellent communication, empathy, and organisational skills.
Current Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening (or willing to obtain)
Driver’s license and reliable vehicle (desirable)
