About the Role
Your role will be to support the following sectors of the business:
Member Services: general administration including communication with members regarding onboarding of new members, renewals and managing the responses to events. Tracking of these communications through the CRM and ensure all notes are clear and up to date.
Event Support: you will support the team in the management of the regular events they host throughout the year. This will also include social media management, E News and E Shots all tracked through Salesforce and CRM.
Committee Coordination & Support: Liaises with committee members to prepare agendas, populate and prepare minutes, reports and other tasks as directed.
General office administration:
- Comprehensive administrative support to the team across all areas of the organisation
- Reception duties including answering the phone, meet and greet for everyone visiting the office
- Boardroom Diary Management including set up, pack down and refreshments for all meetings
- Mail management and booking of couriers
- Maintain office supplies: stationery, kitchen, and other office consumables
About You
To be considered you will have held a role with a similar focus and list of duties. We are looking for someone with a high attention to detail, a good communicator who is comfortable dealing with a variety of stakeholders that frequent the office.
Exposure to the property industry and /or a membership-based organisation would be highly advantageous.
