The Role
We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our after-hours team. This is a full-time, work-from-home position where you’ll handle inbound calls for a variety of industries — predominately accommodation Guest Services and property management along with other service-based clients who rely on OPUS to manage their after-hours support.
This role is based on fixed evening shifts (typically between 3 PM – 11 PM or 4 PM – 12 AM, Monday to Friday) with your employment contract covering our 24/7 operation. Working Public holidays — including Christmas Day — are requirements when they align with your rostered hours.

What You’ll Do
Answer incoming calls and deliver professional, empathetic customer service
Gather and record accurate information using OPUS systems
Follow both client-specific and internal procedures
Communicate via email and SMS where required
Maintain accuracy, quality, and efficiency targets
Support your Team Leader and colleagues when needed
Contribute to a positive, supportive team culture
You’ll Bring
Proven customer service and troubleshooting experience (ideally minimum 12 months in an inbound contact centre environment)
A calm, confident phone manner and strong attention to detail
Excellent computer and data entry skills
Reliable, high-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps down / 5 Mbps up, must be stable)
A quiet, distraction-free workspace suitable for professional calls
