Manage Cardiologists’ diaries, ensuring optimal scheduling of clinics and procedures.

Coordinate medical appointments, procedures, and testing, balancing precision with flexibility.

Handle patient calls and queries with empathy, ensuring all follow-ups and results are managed efficiently.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-first mindset and ability to confidently handle ambiguity and process complex information to deliver successful outcomes.

Demonstrated ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders across departments — including nursing staff, medical practitioners, and hospital administrators.

Exceptional organisational ability, with the demonstrated ability to multitask whilst maintaining strong attention to detail.

Proficiency with medical terminology, Medicare, and health fund processes.

Skilled in Microsoft Office and other standard office systems.

A proactive, collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Ability to demonstrate leadership abilities with potential to further develop skills.

Travel between multiple clinics across Brisbane as required (training and development workshops are often held at our HQ at St Andrews in Spring Hill).

Highly Regarded:

Experience in private cardiology or a hospital environment will be a distinct advantage.
