About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee the day-to-day finance operations of a national professional services firm, delivering accurate, timely, and insightful financial information to the leadership team.

This is a hands-on, end-to-end finance role ideal for someone who enjoys both the technical and strategic sides of finance, from managing budgets and reporting to contributing to key business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with analysis and insights
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, including cash flow management
• Oversee accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and debtor management
• Ensure compliance with BAS, IAS, Payroll Tax, and Superannuation obligations
• Partner with senior leadership on financial strategy and process improvement

About You

You’re a proactive and commercially minded finance professional who thrives in a collaborative environment.

You’ll bring strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the confidence to work with stakeholders across all levels of the business.

You’ll have:

• Degree qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline (CA/CPA preferred
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a finance management or senior accounting role
• Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Knowledge of operational finance processes and compliance requirements
• Strong systems and reporting skills (experience with Power BI an advantage)
