The Role:

As a Senior Accountant/Assistant Manager within the Business Services team, you’ll be hands-on with client work while leading and mentoring a motivated group of accountants.

Day-to-day you’ll:

Oversee the compliance needs of a portfolio of active business clients

Manage client engagements and deliver practical, commercial advice

Build and nurture strong client relationships

Manage workflow, delegate tasks, and keep productivity on track

Mentor and support junior team members

Contribute to business development initiatives and operational improvements

A Little About You:

5+ years’ experience in Business Services / Tax

Prior experience managing clients and junior staff members

CA/CPA qualifications preferred but not essential

Commercial problem-solving ability with a proactive mindset

Strong knowledge of Australian taxation law, compliance, and accounting standards

Solid understanding of business structuring and tax planning (advantageous)
