The Role

Reporting directly to the Construction Manager, you will:

• Assist in the overall management and delivery of the $200M civil and underground services scope
• Coordinate multiple site teams, subcontractors, and work fronts to ensure safe, timely, and cost-effective delivery
• Oversee quality management, compliance, and documentation in line with client and company standards
• Monitor and report on project schedule, costs, and production performance
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and support to site engineers, supervisors, and trades

What You’ll Bring

• Proven 10+ years experience leading management of large-scale ($200M+) civils or underground services projects for contractors in Australia as Consruction Manager, Project Manager or similar
• Strong leadership skills with ability to drive performance on complex, multi-disciplinary sites
• Solid knowledge of civil construction methodologies, QA systems, and site safety standards
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction/Project Management
• Motivated, hands-on, and ready to contribute immediately
