Summary

CGC Recruitment are working in partnership with a leading tier 2 commercial building head contractor and have been engaged to recruit an experienced Senior Site Manager to join a high-performing builder to deliver a major $60m+ large format retail development in Karratha.

This is a key leadership role overseeing full site delivery and driving program, quality, and safety outcomes on a high-profile North West project.

With over 70 staff and a strong pipeline of work across WA, this builder is well-established in the commercial market and delivers projects across retail, industrial and commercial sectors.

Key Responsibilities - Senior Site Manager

• Lead all on-site construction activities from commencement through to handover
• Manage subcontractors, trades, program and site logistics
• Maintain high standards of safety, quality and compliance
• Coordinate closely with project management, engineering and design teams
• Drive programme to ensure milestones are met on time and within budget
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, consultants and subcontractors
• Ensure site reporting, procurement support and documentation is completed accurately

Requirements

• Minimum 10+ years' proven Site Management experience on commercial or industrial builds
• Background delivering large-scale new-build projects $40M+
• Retail / large format retail experience highly regarded
• Strong programming, subcontractor management and HSE focus
• Excellent communication and leadership with the ability to drive team performance
• FIFO experience beneficial, but not essential
