Your Role

As a Design and Construct Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of projects from design brief through to final completion. Ensure successful delivery of our projects. Your key responsibilities will include:

Motivate, guide, and manage design and consultancy teams from design brief through to final documentation

Oversee the entire design and construction of projects to ensure ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

Develop and implement design strategies that align with project goals, market demands, and company objectives

Establish efficient design workflows, manage project documentation, and ensure all information flows smoothly between stakeholders.

Deliver effective financial management for the project

Identify and manage project risks through design and construction phases

Oversee the project contracts administration

Manage all stakeholders and lead project team

We’re looking for a results-driven leader with:

5+ years’ a project management with experience in large-scale D&C projects

Recent experience in industrial and commercial builds (within the last 5 years) in the role of Project Manager or Senior Project Manager or Project Director

Strong knowledge of Australian building codes, standards, and regulations.

Demonstrated leadership in risk, safety, design and construction management and a commitment to best practice.

Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors.

A collaborative, solutions-focused approach with sound judgement in risk management.
