We are looking for a highly motivated Construction Manager to carry out planning and implementation of construction projects within the Resource Sector and oversee their progress in a timely and cost-effective manner.

This role will entail site (FIFO) and office based tasks, with work from our Forrestdale office to begin with. This position to start in January 2026.

Essential Criteria

Minimum 10 years' experience with manufacturing of transportable's, site installation of mining infrastructure

Commitment to safe work practices

No problems passing medical and D&A tests

Drivers License

Responsibilities

Implement and coordinate design compliance with client, trades & contractors

Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion

Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations

Project site supervision across various sites

Assist the Project Manager and Site Supervisors to Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors

Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory

Meet contractual conditions of performance

Review the work progress on daily basis with Site Supervisors

Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status

Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones

Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques

Requirements and skills

Proven working experience in construction supervision

Sound knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards

Understanding of all facets of the construction process

Familiarity with construction management software packages such as Primavera

Ability to plan and see the “big picture”

Competent in conflict and crisis management

Leadership and communication skills

Excellent time and project management skills

Degree in construction, engineering or related field preferable
