About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and timely cost estimates for precast panel projects — from tender through to project delivery. You’ll work closely with our design, production, and project management teams to ensure every quote meets client specifications and budgetary expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Review tender documentation, drawings, and specifications

Prepare detailed cost estimates and quotations for precast concrete panels

Liaise with engineers, architects, suppliers, and clients

Identify project risks, cost-saving opportunities, and constructability issues

Maintain accurate records of estimates and project pricing data

Support project management with technical information

Skills & Experience:

Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in estimating, ideally within the precast or concrete construction industry

Strong understanding of construction drawings, engineering details, and precast manufacturing processes

Proficient in MS Excel

Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and time management

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Relevant qualifications in Construction, Engineering, or Quantity Surveying (preferred)
