We’re excited to exclusively partner with a thriving, owner-managed commercial organisation in search of a talented Management Accountant to join their growing team. This opportunity has arisen due to an internal promotion and the company’s continued expansion, making it the perfect time to step into a key finance role.

What you’ll be doing:

As Management Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting business growth and providing insights to drive strategic decision-making. Your responsibilities will include preparing monthly management accounts packs and business performance reports, developing budgets and reporting on cash flow, producing daily and weekly forecasts, performing financial analysis and reporting to support business decisions, reconciling control accounts, fixed asset registers, and balance sheet accounts, and partnering with internal and external stakeholders to deliver actionable insights.

What we’re looking for:

The ideal candidate is a commercially minded accountant with strong analytical skills, excellent Excel proficiency including financial modelling, and experience in a dynamic, agile environment. You will have CPA or CA qualification, or actively be working towards it, strong financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting experience, excellent communication and business partnering skills to build strong relationships across the organisation, and experience in commercial accounting within a fast-paced environment.
