What You'll Do

You'll manage the full accounting and reporting cycle for your area, providing analysis and insights that help leaders make smarter, faster decisions.

You'll act as a key business partner , working directly with managers to explain results, challenge assumptions, and highlight opportunities for improvement.

From month-end close and forecasting to budgeting and cost analysis, you'll ensure accuracy, clarity, and commercial value in every report.

You'll also support process improvements, system enhancements, and ongoing efficiency projects, collaborating with stakeholders across the business to drive better outcomes.

Who You Are

You're commercially minded, analytical, and comfortable in the detail, but you also know how to translate numbers into action. You communicate with confidence, build relationships easily, and aren't afraid to pick up the phone to get things done.

• You'll be a fully qualified accountant or on your way to completion
• Have proven experience in management or operational accounting
• Possess strong business partnering skills with the ability to influence, advise, and build trusted relationships.
• Have advanced Excel skills or a strong foundation with a willingness to learn, full training and support provided to help you reach advanced level
• Had exposure to Power BI
• Have ERP system experience (SAP highly regarded)
• Be naturally inquisitive and always looking for ways to improve
