About us
My Solutions Plan Management is a nationally registered NDIS provider based on the Gold Coast, supporting participants across Australia. We’re passionate about helping people with disabilities get the most out of their NDIS funding, empowering them to live with confidence and independence.
We’re growing and are excited to welcome a new team member to our small, friendly and supportive team. This part-time role starts at 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, and offers a flexible hybrid work-from-home arrangement.
Initial training will be delivered in person, followed by ongoing WFH arrangements, with occasional in-person meetings and team activities.
The role will commence as soon as possible following a successful offer.
Your day-to-day
Be the first point of contact for participant and provider enquiries, managing incoming and outgoing calls and emails
Process participant invoices accurately and in line with NDIS requirements and company procedures
Monitor participant budgets and assist with preparing regular reports and forecasts
Onboard new participants and ensure all required information is collected and recorded correctly
Liaise with the NDIA and service providers to resolve plan or invoice issues as needed
Escalate complex or high-risk matters to management as required
Maintain accurate and confidential records in the CRM system and other databases
Follow company procedures to ensure compliance with NDIS guidelines and quality standards
Support the team with general administration tasks
Work collaboratively within the team and meet required KPIs

About you
Experience in NDIS plan management, accounts, or administration is highly desirable
Strong computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
High attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Friendly, professional, and empathetic communication style
Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
No essential qualifications are required for the right candidate, however relevant study or education is desirable

Approved NDIS Disability Worker Screening Check
Attainment of a Blue Card (WWCC)
Completion of NDIS Worker Orientation and Induction modules
