About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Bravo Disability Support Network Inc. as a Plan Manager on a contract basis. As a Plan Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities to manage their NDIS plans effectively. Based in Gympie, QLD, this role offers the flexibility of contract work with the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the local community.

What you'll be doing

Working within our system to enter and process invoicing on behalf of NDIS participants

Maintaining accurate participant records and documentation within our systems

Liaising with participants, their families, and other stakeholders to ensure the effective management of their NDIS budget

Monitoring and reviewing participant plans

Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and funding requirement

What we're looking for

Relevant bookkeeping qualification as minimum, with membership to a relevant association or willing to obtain

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with participants and stakeholders

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on achieving positive outcomes for participants

Demonstrated understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and relevant legislation

Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proficient in using relevant participant management software and technology
