About the Role
We are seeking passionate and reliable Support Workers to join our growing team across Victoria. In this role, you will provide individualised support to NDIS participants in line with their care plans, focusing on promoting independence, dignity, and community participation.

Your day-to-day duties may include:

Assisting clients with personal care and daily living tasks

Supporting clients to access community, social, and recreational activities

Providing transport and companionship

Domestic assistance, including meal preparation and light cleaning

Implementing behaviour support strategies as required

Accurately recording progress notes and following care plans

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:

A genuine passion for supporting people with disability

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A professional, reliable, and compassionate attitude

Essential Requirements:

Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, or Community Services (or equivalent experience)

Current First Aid and CPR Certificate

NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)

Working With Children Check (Employee)

Current Australian driver’s licence and reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance

COVID-19 Vaccination (as per NDIS requirements)
