Paid Media Specialist: PPC Professional for Leading Australian & NZ Brands

Location: 100% Remote – Work from anywhere in Australia. Full Australian working rights required.

This leading social media agency, partnering with major Australian and New Zealand brands like Qantas, Woolworths, and Air New Zealand, as well as innovative companies in tech, retail, and lifestyle.

We manage campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, and LinkedIn, optimising ad accounts to drive revenue through high-value inbound leads. Our focus is on delivering measurable business growth by expanding product lines and boosting customer acquisition, all tailored to each client’s goals.

We’re seeking a Paid Media Specialist (PPC Focus) to manage and optimise high-budget campaigns with precision and skill.

Your Role:

• Plan, pace, and optimise PPC campaigns with monthly budgets exceeding $500K, ensuring efficient and impactful spend.
• Manage ad accounts daily, conducting audits, A/B testing, and performance adjustments to meet client objectives.
• Stay current with updates to Meta, TikTok, Google, and LinkedIn algorithms, applying changes to improve campaign performance.
• Use tools like AdCreative.ai for targeted ad creation, Pencil for ad library management, and Jasper or ChatGPT for predictive bidding and audience analysis to improve efficiency and results.
• Work with our team to develop strategies that drive revenue growth and high-quality leads for prominent brands.

Your Profile:

• 4+ years in an agency setting (ideally), managing PPC campaigns for large or high-growth clients with proven results.
• Proficient in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads. Experience with Shopify, Google Analytics 4, or Looker Studio is a plus.
• Skilled in using AI tools for ad optimisation, such as automation, predictive analytics, or custom reporting.
• Focused on key metrics like CAC, LTV, and lead quality, with the ability to present insights to senior stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, comfortable with Slack/Zoom collaboration, and able to work in Aus/NZ time zones.
• Keen on social media trends, creator partnerships, and crafting ads that connect with audiences.
