Our client, yep we said it, they're hiring a paid media specialist to run ugly ads that convert, manage white-label accounts, and execute off-label strategies – all ethically for high-quality leads. Our agency runs on the latest AI tools for optimisation and targeting. Full-time remote role for candidates in Australia or New Zealand.

You will be delivering performance through AI-integrated digital strategies: predictive analytics, automated optimisation, and ML targeting. Fully remote team, cross-timezone collaboration, client work across industries. Ethical focus, measurable results, autonomy for experienced pros based in AUS/NZ.

Role Overview:
Manage paid campaigns, prioritising ugly ad performance. Handle white-label accounts for client ops, off-label platform uses within bounds. Optimise with AI tools, track ROI. Permanent position with growth potential.
Key Responsibilities

  • Launch ugly ads on Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok. A/B test creatives, leverage AI for real-time optimisation, target CPL/ROAS for lead gen.
  • Set up and scale accounts, handle budgets/bidding, ensure compliance and transparency.
  • Deploy ethical non-standard features, use AI for trend spotting, audience prediction, and targeting refinement.
  • Track metrics via AI dashboards, provide insights and make adjustments.
  • Integrate with teams on AI-driven personalisation/modelling, share paid media tactics.
  • Stick to policies, privacy laws (Australian Privacy Principles/NZ Privacy Act), agency ethics – sustainable growth only.

Requirements

  • 3+ years paid media: proven ugly ad results, white-label experience, ethical off-label execution.
  • Platform expertise: Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4.
  • AI integration: segmentation, creative tools, optimisation workflows.
  • Data skills: analysis from spreadsheets to AI analytics.
  • Ethics focus: transparent, high-quality leads.
  • Remote fit: self-managed, tools like Slack/Zoom/Asana, AUS/NZ location, reliable setup.
  • Preferred: Google/FB certs, agency/B2B/B2C lead gen.
