We are a Specialist Orthodontic Practice employing 30 staff and 5 doctors across our 10 locations across North and North West Melbourne.

We are currently looking for a superstar dental assistant and receptionist.

Preferred Requirements:

Experience in Dental Assisting and ideally also have a Certificate III in Dental Assisting
(Candidates with no experience will be considered for a paid traineeship).

Experience in reception duties at a dental practice

Have a high level of attention to detail

Professional, well presented with excellent communication skills

Access to a car and be able to travel to our various locations

Take pride in your work, be willing to learn, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

Be awesome with people and have a high level of empathy towards them.

Duties:

Providing chair-side assistance to our specialist orthodontists

Routinely maintaining and sterilizing equipment

Assisting with administrative tasks as needed (e.g. billing, maintaining patient records.)

Assisting with front office tasks as needed (e.g. reception duties including answering phones, greeting patients, booking appointments)

Job Type:

Part-time - minimum 25.5 hours per week

Work Eligibility:
