Dental Assistant / Dental Receptionist – Join Our Fun, Growing Specialist Orthodontic Team in Cheltenham!

Our friendly specialist orthodontic practice in Cheltenham is growing, and we’re looking for a new team member to join us! We’ve recently rebranded under our new principal orthodontist (formerly an associate at the practice) — and we’re excited to build the next chapter together. We pride ourselves on having a welcoming and supportive team culture. Dental assisting offers a secure role with direct patient interaction, and at our orthodontic clinic our goal is to help our patients gain confidence by aligning, refining and perfecting their smiles!

We’re looking for either a Dental Assistant or a Dental Receptionist — or someone who’s keen to learn both.

Experience in dental assisting is preferred, but not essential! We are willing to train motivated and proactive individuals who take pride in professionalism and patient-centred care. We are keen to take on the right applicant and provide comprehensive training on the job.

Pay rate: $26–$36 per hour (depending on level of experience)
Hours: Part-time or full-time available
*Full-time is 9 days per fortnight (enjoy a regular weekday off!)
Location: Conveniently located in Cheltenham, opposite Southland Shopping Centre, with on-site parking for staff

Your role will include:

Assisting chairside during orthodontic appointments alongside a specialist orthodontist or an oral health therapist

Helping with sterilisation and room setup

Greeting patients and creating a warm, welcoming experience

Booking appointments, answering phones and emails, supporting admin tasks
