About the Role
We’re seeking a Project Coordinator to support daily operations on our Distribution networks activity. You’ll play a key role in keeping things running smoothly — coordinating logistics, managing documentation, and ensuring materials and resources are where they need to be.

Managing a daily schedule of field crews and their work sites, this is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills and a good understanding of construction processes who’s looking to build their career within a professional, high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

Support daily planning and coordination of site activities.

Manage and maintain site documentation including pre-starts, SWMS, permits and daily reports.

Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors and logistics teams to coordinate deliveries.

Track project progress and highlight any delays or issues.

Assist with material take-offs, stock control and order tracking.

Help ensure compliance with safety, quality and environmental standards (ISO 45001, ISO 9001, ISO 14001).

Support site mobilisation and demobilisation activities.

Contribute to toolbox talks, inspections and incident reporting.

What You’ll Bring

Knowledge and experience in scheduling and liaising with field crews as well as the client for changes, additions on a daily basis.

Experience in project coordination, construction administration or site support.

Strong communication, time management and organisation skills.

Working knowledge of DBYD’s, council requirements and safety requirements.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Simpro, Procore or SharePoint advantageous.
