I am seeking an experienced Sub Foreman to join a National Construction builder on a major industrial project located less than 15 minutes from Sydney’s CBD. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual looking to step up into a leadership role on a high-profile site.

About the Role:
This position will see you managing sub-trades and supporting the Site Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day site operations. While you won’t be on the tools, a background as a Leading Hand or qualified Carpenter will be highly regarded. The role requires a strong understanding of commercial construction, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to maintain high safety and quality standards on site.

• Start Date: Immediate start – available to begin next week
• Duration: Contract role until end of December 2025, with potential extension into 2026
• Location: Less than 15 minutes from Sydney CBD

Requirements:

• Proven commercial construction experience
• Background as a Leading Hand or Carpenter (not a tools-based role)
• Current First Aid certificate
