The Role You’ll Play
As a Field Account Executive, you’ll drive ClassPass’s growth across Perth and the surrounding region. You’ll be out in the field connecting with local studios, gyms, spas, and emerging wellness brands, helping them thrive while expanding what’s possible for our members.
Grow the ClassPass network by acquiring high-value fitness, wellness, and lifestyle partners
Consistently exceed monthly goals for new partner acquisition and revenue growth
Lead with a field-first mindset, cultivating relationships through in-person meetings, drop-ins, and community events
Spot new opportunities and up-and-coming experiences before anyone else
Build meaningful, long-term partnerships that benefit both businesses and members
Deliver engaging, confident presentations and proposals tailored to partner needs
Maintain accurate records in Salesforce for forecasting and pipeline visibility
Experience You Bring
1–2 years of B2B sales experience in a fast-paced, transactional environment
A track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving measurable growth
Familiarity with, or connections in, the local fitness, wellness, or lifestyle industries
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Proficiency with Salesforce, Salesloft, and Microsoft Office tools
REQUIRED: Based in Perth, with ability to travel across the broader region
